Vintage artisan handcrafted yellow gold butterfly - unmarked, tests at least 14k - set with 16 faceted natural rubies and 10 seed pearls - measures 1 1/8 x 1 inches - the Italian 14k gold 15" chain is newer - total weight 8.5 grams.
