An estate find - tradition holds that they were purchased as antique while visiting Russia during the Soviet period - Russian Victorian era Earrings c1900 - Each hand painted miniature is of a similar landscape scene - arched bridge, river and onion domed church in the background - material appears to be ceramic - set within a gold mount and oval jet base and topped with a coral cabochon within a gold bezel
